Can we get a second blueprint proof after we submit revisions?

To keep your project on track, we make your requested blueprint changes and then move your site in to the build process. All of your requested changes will be viewable when the site is sent to you for preview at day 30 (or day 45 for Ecommerce products).

Can we reschedule the Discovery Consultation?

You can reschedule your DC, so long as it occurs before day 10. If we perform your DC any later than day 10, your 45-day (or 60 for Premium) guarantee will be jepoardized. We recommend performing your DC as early as possible, even if you only have a few minutes to spend with us on the phone. You can submit additional content later if necessary.

Am I required to start from one of these templates, or can you create one from scratch, or use a layout that I provide?

Our SiteBuilder tool is a sophisticated content management system. As such, it has restrictions on what type of layout will work inside of it. All of the designs in our library are optimized for our SiteBuilder tool. They provide a starting point from which our designers will create the look and feel for your site.

While our process does not include creating designs "from scratch", we are able to modify any of the library designs you choose to match your needs. We will change the following on any design:

  1. Colors
  2. Fonts
  3. Branding (add your logo if you have provided it)
  4. Photos

The end result will be a site that is uniquely yours.

What are keywords and how should I choose them?

Keywords are words that are inserted in the HTML code of a page. Search engines use these keywords to determine where your site will rank in their page searches. Although many search engines do not rely upon keywords as much as they used to, having relevant keywords in your HTML code is helpful in fostering organic search results. Please keep in mind that these keywords are not used for your Webcilcks advertising package. Those keywords are selected based upon your company's industry and your website's content.

What format should I send pictures in?

Pictures should be sent in a digital format, in one of the following file formats:

  1. JPEG (.jpg)
  2. TIFF (.tif)
  3. Bitmap (.bmp)
  4. PDF (.pdf)

What resolution or size should I send my pictures in?

Images should be sent in the size that you wish to have them displayed on your website. All images should be 72 dpi (dots per inch).

I'm having trouble sending multiple pictures. How many pictures can I email at one time?

Many email services from Internet Service Providers have a limit on the size of attachments that can be sent and received. Many set this threshold to 3MB (megabytes) or less. Depending upon your picture size, this can be as many as 6 images, or as few as 1. If you are having trouble sending images, try sending one image per email. Also, your Standard or Plus package includes two images per page please send us only the images you wish to include on the site. If you have purchased a Premium Package, we will include one image per product, up to 100 products, in addition to the two images per page.
