What can I customize?

When you are viewing designs in the Design Library, keep in mind that you can customize each design by changing the following:

• Branding (adding your company's logo and adhering to your company's guidelines)
• Colors
• Photos
• Fonts
• Content

Branding
All of our designs are un-branded. In place of a company name is a place holder that says "Company Name". This is to show you where the design dictates the company logo or name should go.

Colors
If you see a particular design in the library and like everything but the colors used, you're in luck. Each design can have it's colors changed to whatever colors you would like.

Photos
Many of our designs feature photographs in the content area of the web site. These can obviously be changed with photos that apply to your business. Photos must be supplied by the client to Interland in digital format. There will be an additional cost to scan photos.

Fonts
The fonts you see in the designs can be changed to reflect your tastes. Remember that for content areas, any font chosen must be a system font, or the end user will not see the font as you intend it.

Content
Each design has "fake" content so you can see what the design will look like. All designs submitted for customer approval will feature temporary, placeholder, "fake" content. When your site is built and delivered, it will feature the content you deliver to us during the build phase of your website. The more content you provide, the more successful your site will be. Interland can build your website, but nobody knows your business better than you. The more information you can provide to us for your website, the more valuable your website will be to your viewers.
